We continue with this flashback of 2009 with the month of January.
The boys began taking baths together. A very fun milestone indeed.
January in Lake County can bring much rain, but also gorgeous days of sun and near 60 degree temperatures. We took advantage of the good weather and went on some family hikes (more like strolls, but oh well).
This set of pictures was taken at the Anderson State Marsh in Lower Lake.
On the rainy days it was fun to visit the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa (a short jaunt over the mountain). It was especially fun to share these outings with the beautiful "A" sisters, Ania (1 month younger than Charlie) and Americe (6 months Kingsley's senior).
Charlie and Ania
Checking out the rest of the museum.
Riding the Zamboni at the ice center next door. (This was a special winter events day for children).
Ania cruising.
Kingsley painting on the ice (and his hands).
Americe's ice painting.
Americe and Charlie having a chat.
Checking out the Snoopy and Charlie Brown sculptures on the grounds (the rain doesn't stick around too long in this neck of the woods---good thing).
